The end of its capacity in 2023 ???

If we are to believe the experts is the internet in 2023 at the end of its capacity.Is that true ??

 Focus asking this too here  an excerpt:

 "..Experten Are convinced that collapses the net in eight years. According to Andrew Ellis, a researcher from the Aston University in Birmingham, growing numbers of users and large amounts of data are the cause. In only eight years, the Internet is completely overloaded by the insane amounts of data . "

 The British press has its say and affirms this.

 "UK Scientists warn That Internet Could face a 'capacity crunch' within the next eight years and consume the Entire Britain's power supply by 2035 suggest rationing Internet in near future to avoid capacity crunch.A recent study by the UK Researchers state did by 2023 Internet would have reached a 'capacity crunch' status as the cables and fiber optics delivering the data to users would reach its maximum limit. "

or would it rather be like in 1999 to 2000, the prophecy  of a disaster.
 The fear about the Apocalypse led to a downright evocative mass, or at least Media hysteria.Everybody and everyone waited formally that it  would no longer go.

Is this similar ?? We will wait and promptly everything goes as by ?? Or would we be left in dark and not know what to do ??Well before the Internet we all also lived so it can not be too bad.
